What if I don't know how to do the exercises?
The app and online portal contain instructional videos for each exercise. Each workout also has instructions in terms of weight selection, reps, sets and rest periods. All these are considered and set to drive the goals of the program.
What do you get with this subscription?
With this subscription you will get full access to our training app that will contain the full program and instructions accessible through your iPhone or Android phone. The app will contain all the instructions, workouts and full training plan. Each workout will be tracked by the app based upon the entries you provide, and the app will be able to chart your progress!
What if I have questions?
You can message the trainer and we will get back to you as soon as possible, most of the time within the same day.
How does it work?
Upon purchase you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the app which will be preloaded with your training plan. While your subscription is active you will have full access to the training plan and the app. Note, an active subscription is required to maintain access to the training plans.
What if I don't have all the equipment needed?
The programs suggest the equipment needed to complete most of the exercises. Each exercise in a workout can be substituted if needed by selecting an alternate exercise from the exercise library. Although this is only recommended if absolutely necessary since the workouts are balanced.
What if I'm not happy or do not like it?
You will only be billed the monthly fee while your subscription is active, and it can be cancelled at any time.
